1. INTRODUCTION
Ositech Communications Inc. ("Ositech") provides its Data Acceleration services ("Services"), to users who pay a service fee to subscribe to the Services ("Members") as well as to those who access our Services on a trial basis ("Visitors"). By establishing an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and to use the Services in compliance with this Agreement, our End User License Agreement (EULA) and other policies.

If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any future revisions, you may not use the Services and if you are a current Member, you must terminate your use of the Services.

2. SUBSCRIPTION REQUIREMENTS

You must agree to the Terms and Conditions as presented in this document and in the EULA
Members must be at least 18 years old

3. PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS OF A MEMBER.

(a) Members must (i) provide Ositech with accurate and complete billing information including legal name, address, telephone number, and credit card/billing information, and (ii) report to Ositech all changes to this information within thirty (30) days of the change to subscriptions@expresslink.biz.
(b) Members having questions regarding charges to an account should contact Ositech's Customer Service Department at customer-service@expresslink.biz. All charges are considered valid unless disputed in writing within forty-five (45) days of the billing date. Adjustments will not be made for charges that are more than 45 days old.
(c) Charges are billed to Members' credit card, every 30 days or every 90 days as selected by the member. Ositech is not responsible for any charges or expenses (e.g exceeding credit card limits) resulting from charges billed by Ositech.
(d) Delinquent accounts may be suspended or canceled at Ositech's sole discretion.

4. USAGE
Using a personal account for high volume or commercial use (e.g., revenue generation, advertising, etc.) is prohibited. Accounts exceeding an acceptable level at Ositech's discretion can be suspended and/or terminated. To establish a commercial or high-volume account you can e-mail sales@expresslink.biz.

It is not acceptable to use ExpressLink for illegal purposes.

It is not acceptable to use ExpressLink to transmit threatening or harassing materials.

It is not acceptable to use ExpressLink to interfere with or disrupt network users, and.

You may not share your ExpressLink account with other people. We do not allow simultaneous logins. It is not acceptable to use ExpressLink for any malicious purpose.

5. TERM OF AGREEMENT AND RENEWAL
This Agreement shall have an initial term dependent on the payment option selected by the Member and shall thereafter automatically renew for successive periods of the same. The Members original means of payment will be used for renewals (i.e. bill credit card) and the renewal payment will be at the current regular subscription rate for the applicable period.

6. CANCELLATION
You may cancel your account at any time and for any reason by providing notice of intent to terminate to Ositech subscriptions@expresslink.biz. Notice of cancellation must be provided five (5) days prior to the start of your next billing period. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your cancellation from Ositech. Under no circumstances will members be billed if they can provide proof that an email requesting cancellation was sent to us at least 5 days prior to the expiry date. After cancellation you will no longer be billed for any further periods but there is no refund for the remainder of the current pay period. Services will continue to be provided until the end of the paid period.

Ositech reserves the right to discontinue the service at anytime and refund the member the amount for that month or the balance of the remaining.
